With the Marvel’s The Avengers movie set to hit theaters everywhere on May 4th, there’s lots of excitement in the air! And, while I’m certainly not the Avengers aficionado that our own Erica is, I do have a little boy who is obsessed with the cartoon! So, he was quite excited this morning when an e-mail hit my inbox regarding the new Avengers toys from LEGO. Isn’t the poster adorable?

We already had trouble keeping our son away from the LEGO store in Downtown Disney. Now, with all the great Disney and Marvel sets that LEGO is adding to their collection, I know it’s going to be even harder to drag him out of there in September!
In closing, I’d like to draw your attention to this truly amazing video of a Military Dad returning home from the war, disguised as Captain America, to surprise his son on his birthday. Warning you will need Kleenex after watching this video!!!! Now, THIS is my kind of Avenger.
