Since the Marvel movie marathon was so successful, AMC and Disney have teamed up for another chance to see older films on the big screen again. This weekend, May 25-28, select AMC theatres, including those at Downtown Disney in California and Florida, will offer four different Pixar films; Ratatouille, Toy Story 3, Up and Wall-E.

Unlike the Marvel marathon, the four Pixar films are being offered at a variety of times on different days. All films will be shown in 2D and will be just six dollars. Before each film will be an exclusive behind the scenes look at Brave.

Commemorative 3D Glasses

Want to see The Avengers in style and catch up everything with you might have missed or forgotten from the other five Marvel films preceding it?

AMC has come up with the perfect solution. On May 3, 2012 at 11:30 AM, they will have a marathon of Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor and Captain America. By then, it will be about midnight and time for the very first showing of The Avengers.

The Ultimate Marvel Marathon is happening at more than fifty locations nationwide, including Downtown Disney in Anaheim and Downtown Disney in Orlando. For $40, you can see all six films, including three in 3D. Glasses are also included and they aren’t the run of the mill black disposables. Four different limited edition 3D glasses will be available, inspired by Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America and Thor. Internationally, these glasses will be available at the concession stand for an additional price at some theatres.
